A whisky that originated at the La Roof brewery. A whisky from malted barley sourced from France. Fermented with grape yeast then distilled in the 5 traditional stills. Aged in Ratafia Champenois casks for 5 years. A wonderful aperitif style whisky perfect with chocolate.
